Platform upgrade to 1.81.0 Sep 18, 2024 19:00-22:00 BST
Update - Platform upgrade to 1.81.0 [Update]

Following up on our recent notification of an upgrade, we will have to reschedule the upgrade of the production platform to release 1.81.0, which was scheduled for today, Sept 16 2024.

We have identified a problem during our pre-deployment checks that needs to be resolved before deployment.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

We will provide you with a new estimated date for the upgrade by Wednesday.

Scheduled - The production platform will be upgraded to release 1.81.0 on Monday, 16th Sept 2024, at 19:00. This process is estimated to last approximately 2 hours.

During this timeframe, both the UI and API access to the system will be temporarily unavailable.

Once the upgrade is complete, a notification will be sent to confirm the platform's restoration.
