Identified

We've identified an issue in Elevate where, on the Usage Product Inventory (UPI) screen, users can't add more UPR/DDI to an existing UPI or add end dates to existing UPR/DDI. When the changes are saved, the page refreshes as if they've been applied, but they haven't been. Our team has found the cause and fixed it, and the fix will be included in the next scheduled release.

In most cases this has no impact beyond the change needing to be made again once the fix is released. There is one small risk to be aware of. If you've end-dated a UPR to move it from one account to another, the original UPR may still be active. We'd recommend checking any UPRs you've moved this way since the last release. If you need help checking or correcting anything, please contact our Support team, who will be happy to assist.
